THIELE produces round link chains for the mining industry in rated sizes of 14 up to currently 42 mm according to DIN 22252.....but we are also able to manufacture larger sizes.

Flat Type Chain / Dualink chain
Flat type chains are chains with flattened vertical links (mainly welded). They are used, when the lift profile does not allow the use of round link chains with equal rated size.

Big-T Chains
The vertical link is also broader and flatter in design. This increase in width creates a much larger wearing surface and provides increased wear resistance, so that the overall wear behaviour of the chain is very much improved.

Flight Bars
Forged flight bars are used in chain conveyors for transporting conveying goods. All flight bars are drop forged, calibrated and sandblasted. The strength of the bar will depend on the material used.
